The present building was dedicated in 1950 and today the collection numbers well over 30,000 volumes. Melvindale Public Library is a part of The Library Network (TLN), which unites more than 74 libraries throughout Wayne and Oakland county. We share a catalog, with the ability to interloan items from other network libraries. Items can also be returned at any TLN library at no charge to our
